My Role & Process
I led the design for the Navvi Smooth website and shopping cart. My responsibilities included User Research & Ideation, Experience Strategy as well as Design & Validation.
User Research & Ideation
Worked with Navvi Smooth stakeholders and customers to reveal insights into customer behaviors and motivations. Translated concepts into tangible features to address discoveries in user research.
Experience Strategy
I created page flows and wireframes to share the vision of the Navvi Smooth shopping cart and to easily communicate ideas to stakeholders. This insured business goals and user experience objectives were aligned.
Design & Validation
I used established UI patterns to help meet the expectations and mental models of Navvi Smooth’s shopping cart users and used prototypes created in Axure to refine these patterns. I conducted user testing with a sampling of Navvi Smooth’s users with the Axure prototype.
Valuable feedback was collected from user testing and changes were made to the wireframes and prototype to reflect the feedback in order to improve the shopping experience. I then completed the visual design elements and creative specs to hand off to the development team.
